And now the new Knitterman’s Lace!
Just posted the new Knitterman’s Lace yarns over on the Blog Reader Specials page for you!
Here’s a couple teaser pics for you:
I really like how the dyes play along the strand, melding one to another. Since I don’t do (and don’t like trying to do) solid solids, I really enjoy making laceweight yarns with layers of colors, so that you can pick out many colors as you view the skein, or see a finished project up-close, but from a short distance tend to create an overall solid-appearing color. Yet, because the “overall whole” is made up of several nuanced tones or shades, it can be worn in an ensemble with several variations of a color. Like: the emerald-appearing green on the right can be worn over the traditional black, cream, or white, but also with several types of blues or greens or even yellows.
Anyway, skip on over to the Blog Reader Specials page and see which ones you need for your autumn wardrobe!
