30Sep12-Early Bird
First, the pictures, and then the chatter is down below.
To claim, just send me an email with the number on the yarns you want.
The first two (370 & 371) are Phydlbitz Sock – 75% superwash/25% nylon, ~430 yards. They both happened to be done in shades of browns, but they are NOT Twins. Normally $24.50, you can claim them as-is for $22.50
The remaining 12 are Knitterman’s Fingering (#172-#183) – 100% superwash Corriedale, ~460 yards. I have grouped the Twins together, so you can readily see which will work together well, using one of several two-at-a-time techniques for using Twin yarns. These are $19.00 apiece.
Claimed: #376, 377, 379, 381
Here is without flash:
and with flash:
The winds were already picking up, whipping the yarns around, and when I went out to tag and photo it started drizzling which only made me even less pleasant to be around. But I got it done!
Because it is cloudy and disgusting, I am including both the flash and the no-flash pictures. The noflash is just overcast daylight but (in my mind) the colors are more accurate. The flash picture maybe you can see the colors better. Also, because of the wind and the resulting sloppiness, these will ALL have to be reskeined so that they will be easier to handle. Sometimes I can tolerate sending yarns out in less than pristine condition for early bird claims, but in this case I will reskein them. They should finish drying overnight in the fan room and I will reskein them in the morning, and should have them all ready to ship on Tuesday, or within 2 days after payment clears.
As always, what you see is what you get, first-come first served (based on the time stamp of your email request). Just email me and tell me which ones you want and (if I don’t already know you) make sure I have your destination Zip code or Country so I can calculate shipping.
WANT # 376 (tan, chocolate, blue) if not already claimed!
Will call you today — I’ll add it to the invoice in the box I got this week, as I am paying bills today.
Hugs,
Dez
