Just a quick update…. I thought I would get to sneak in a “day off” today, since tomorrow is a mail holiday, but apparently I don’t get days off no matter what else is happening in the world.
So, here’s the latest progress shot of the square:
The colors have cycled around and I have solid points again, just like near the center. Because of the progress of the stitches and rows, I suspect things will continue in like manner the more I knit on this — alternating solid points and multi-color points, so I don’t need to keep photographing each day. And because of the twist in the yarn, the corners are shooting off at incorrect angles. So I am going to set it aside to mature a bit, while I work on some other projects.
The rest of today includes re-writing the instructions for the Dicey Knitting sets, discussed in previous posts, and catching up on some dye work so I have money to pay bills and live on this week.
