Hey!    Y’member a while back I was doing Quads, and I started a set of Knitterman Fingering Quads into a basic shawl?

This is how far I’ve gotten:

The shawl was definitely not going to be large enough for my taste, so then I did another set of Knitterman’s Fingering to fill it out.  Some had suggesting fading back to pale peach, but that’s not where I went; and yes, there IS a difference between #6 and #7, although not quite as noticeable in the photograph as I would like:

But, in order to make a set a quads, I have to start with four full size skeins, and break them down into 4 quarter-size skeins of 115 yards each.  Having claimed the ones I need for my own project, I am left with three more quad sets for you to claim!   Each Quad set of 4 mini-hanks is available for $23.50 apiece, just email me and claim however many you want!

As you may recall, I am not ordering any more Knitterman’s Fingering — my supplier has discontinued this product, which I was not aware of when I started doing quads on Knitterman’s Fingering.  But each set of Quads is the same yardage as a full skein of Knitterman’s Fingering, so you can easily make a pair of matching socks from a single Quad Set.   🙂
