Batch #2 – SW Merino Fingering!
Awrighty, then…. moving right along, today’s batch is all 100% Superwash Merino Fingering, 420 yards, $26.00 each; this yarn base offers a good firm twist for great stitch definition.
As always, these will be put over to the Blog Reader Specials page when dried and ready for presentation, but you can claim them now, along with your selections from yesterday’s batch of Phydlbitz Sock, by sending me an email with your numbered selections. I expect these will be ready to ship by Saturday, but I won’t promise shipping until Monday as there are other batches to be dyed this weekend as well. I will get them out as quickly as possible.
There are several Twinsets, indicated by a hyphen between two numbers.
#413-414 are a charcoal, burnt ash, blue fade. #415-416 are deep red gradient into blood orange. #417-418, I was aiming for “Bird of Paradise”, not sure how convincing it is, but it’s still pretty. #419-420 are a mix of several wild colors.
The remaining yarns are singles #421 and 423 started out to be singles, but one of them managed to take up color differently with some unexpected spotting, so they aren’t really a Twinset any more, although the main colors started out the same.
ALREADY CLAIMED: 417, 418, 425
Claim Pending: 415
