Grace Ann Baby Blanket is finished!
After several months of languishing amid other projects, I finally completed the Grace Anne Baby Blanket. The original design was intended to be 48×36, with 24 repeats tall, but I stopped at 14 repeats tall, and it blocked out to 36×36, which is more than ample for an infant.
This doesn’t alter the written pattern at all, since the written pattern was designed in such a way that the knitter can decide how many repeats wide and how many repeats tall they wish. My version was done with 2 strands of Phydlbitz Sock, making it amply warm, yet still easy-care. You might want yours to fit a full size bed, knitted with worsted weight on size 8 or 9 needles.
The pattern (available on the Patterns page) include both line-by-line text as well as charts, making it quite simple for the knitter.
