Laceweights for the Weekend
Update: All the unclaimed ones are now posted straight to the Blog Reader Specials page, so click over there to see and to claim the ones you want!
Running out of ready-to-dye stock but I was able to round up the last of my assorted laceweights. The first seven (174-180) are all Knitterman’s Lace (100% Merino, 1000 yards, $26.00. #181 is Primo Lace (80/20 Merino/Silk, 1000 yards, $30.00), and #182 is Indulgence Lace (70/30 Baby Alpaca/Silk, 730 yards, $40.00).
Each of the Knitterman’s Lace hanks were made by using the ends of cones, so they each have 1 or 2 joins.
You can wait until they are reskeined for the Blog Reader Specials page (and run the risk of missing out), but if you’d like to claim them while they are available, you may do so by sending me an email and requesting by their tagged number. Also, there are still far too many yarns (including lace) over on the Blog Reader Specials page, — claim any TWO OR MORE yarns this weekend, and get free U.S. shipping! Please, no holds this weekend during the preview period — trying to make up the rest of the rent money! :-/
And be sure to scroll down to see what Susan Johnston just finished, using some of my laceweight yarns dyed up in Brilliant Blue!
Already Claimed: 182
Lookie what Susan Johnston just did, using Knitivity laceweight yarn! I didn’t catch the name of the pattern, but when I find out I will post it here.
Love that shawl! Definitely want to know what the pattern is.
The pattern is on Ravelry: QD – Quadratische Decke Shawl. I was a Herbert Niebling design originally and adapted to shawl by Hayley Tsang.
Thanks, Susan!
