Karen Made a Shawl!
A while back Karen purchased this yarn, Knitterman’s Lace:
She wrote me this week and said:
I bought from you a hank of the Blue Knitterman’s Lace to make a shawl for my best pal – Pamela – and she got her lovely daughter to model it for pics – herewith attached!
It’s a crocheted shawl based on the peacock’s eye – three ‘Eyes’ were the first stage – then once joined, I worked a layered approach to adding depth to the shawl and adding in beaded Eyes inbetween those already in place.
I loved working with the yarn – it was smooth and trouble-free the whole hank through.
Thanks to your expertise with the colours, it turned out perfect for Pam.
Yours thanfully

Here are a couple of the pictures she sent:
Beautiful!!
I also like the feel of the Primo lace
Lovely drape and color! I can’t decide what to do with the yarn I’ve gotten. Sometimes I just sit in my chair and rub it against my face!
Very pretty! The blue glows in the sunshine. Bet your pal was very pleased with her gift.
