Awwwrighty, then! After a couple weeks without new yarns, I am happy that I got a small shipment last night, and I got right into it this morning, preparing 18 hanks of Phydlbitz Sock for y’all to enjoy.
These were all dyed earlier today, all dyed as Twinsets, and all dyed ‘blind’ — no preconceived notions, no inspiring photos to work from, no particular intention. And, fortunately, my body was in a cooperative mood, so I was able to get them all done in a single dye session. Yippeee!!
There will be another 18 Phydlbitz to be done over the weekend, as well as 2 dozen Superwash Merino worsted wt., for all you folks planning wintertime hats and scarves. 🙂
All of these will *probably* be ready to ship on Saturday, but definitely by Monday.
To claim the ones you want, just email me with your numbered selections. I will send a PayPal invoice, and will prepare your shipping label upon payment, so be sure to tell me your location so I can calculate correct shipping. They’ll be shipped as soon as the entire batch is processed. I have two more batches to process through the weekend, which is why I can’t promise a Saturday shipping.
The apparently “undyed” sections were left as undyed spots on purpose; those spots do have a light ‘stain’ of dye. It’s a consequence of the dry-dye method.
