What a nightmare. Good thing it was found before the floor collapsed or the tub fell! We had the same kind of thing when we bought our house… the previous owner had done all the “remodeling” himself, well we found beams supporting to bathroom floor to have been sawed out to accommodate water lines and wiring. In many places the beams were only 3-4″ thick! It was the first repair we did on the house.
