We had the same kind of thing when we bought our house... the previous owner had done all the &quot;remodeling&quot; himself, well we found beams supporting to bathroom floor to have been sawed out to accommodate water lines and wiring. In many places the beams were only 3-4&quot; thick! It was the first repair we did on the house.]]></description>
