Help Knitivity

My goal is to have a three month supply of yarn IN-HOUSE. When my former supplier left me in a lurch it was over three months between placing my order and the time any of it began to arrive.  Since I can readily use 3-4 cones a week, during the busy times anyway, I would be most comfortable with 24 cones of each yarn, but having just 15-20 will allow me to be selling yarn and rebuilding on my own from there.

What I need:

Many people have helped along the way, and I totally appreciate it, but it solves only immediate shortages.  Instead of giving me money to get out off this jam or cover that utility bill, I’m asking for help to rebuild my in-house inventory of yarns that can be turned into money for rent, utilities, and more yarns.  My Blog Reader Specials fly out the door quickly, resulting in money flowing, so that’s what I need to do:  focus on quick-selling Blog Reader Specials.

What You Get:

For each cone that you pay for to help me rebuild inventory, you get TWO THREE skeins of whatever type of yarn you buy for me. Your selection can be three of the same colorway, or three different colorways, or even “Surprise me!” or “Custom” options. Or, if you don’t need more yarn right now, just write “No yarn needed”, and you’ll still get included for future discounts and special offerings — OR you can designate your yarn and discounts to go to someone else.

Groups count, too! If you and your local or inline knitting club want to chip in a little bit each, and buy a cone in the name of the group, go ahead and collect it locally, than make a single purchase and let me know it is for the group. The 2 “thank you” skeins per cone will be sent to the group or person making the order on behalf of the group, and can be used in whatever way your group decides: a charity project, a contest drawing, or some other locally decided way.
