Please note: These patterns are all designed and copyrighted by me. Some are free of charge, and some are for sale. All are intended for use by individuals for personal knitting, NOT production knitting of goods for sale.
All download pattern files are in PDF format, so you will need to get the Adobe Acrobat PDF Reader-- a free download. They should load into your browser and you will need save them to your own hard drive.
In the event corrections are required for these patterns, you will automatically receive an updated copy; I don't believe in posting errata and corrections and hope people can find them.
These Charity Hat patterns are desiged to be knit quickly and easily, using up oddments and leftovers of your yarns. Your purchase of these patterns helps toward funding my goal of knitting 100 hats for Covenant House (as noted below), but I encourage you to use the patterns for charitable efforts in your own area -- youth or domestic shelters, homeless services, hospitals, or even leisure wear for active duty military personnel. |

Loopy CapMachine KnitThis easy-to-knit cap takes just an hour or two, can be made with any leftover worsted weight yarns, in any variety of colors. The model was created on the LK-150, and the instructions include how to create the picot-edged self-joined hem at the bottom, as well as machine-knitting I-cord loops instead of tedious binding off! These techniques will be useful in many other knitted projects.
