Viral Viewing
Yesterday I posted this picture to the Knitivity page on Facebook:
This morning I looked and discovered this joyous indicator:
On the post itself there were 45 people who liked it, and over 40 comments, plus 52 shares (people reposting to their own walls)
This resulted in 294 people who like the Knitivity page getting to see it, but then 3,280 OTHER people got to see it as well. That is nearly three times the volume of viral viewing on my previous most viewed post.
This is great. I have no advertising budget, so the only way people hear about me (besides my own visiting and commenting on other people’s pages) is when others pass it along by doing what they’ve been doing — clicking “Like” or “Share” on a post, or commenting beneath it.
So thank you! More viral views = more eyeballs rolling over my yarns = more sales = more BRS = more yarns all around!
