Wow.  Yesterday I showed the rack of the last ten hanks of European Style 8-ply sock yarn, and of the ten there were ten claimed.

The only ones not claimed were the three that were speckled:

The whole rack has been reskeined, and the ones that were claimed are already packed and into the mailbox.  These last three have been individually photographed and put onto the Blog Reader Specials page.

I’m not sure about 297, but I can definitely say that 299 and 302 would play together well in a striped or other two-color pattern.   I know this because the darker speckles on both of them came from the same jar of brown dye.  And the orange-ish and the creamy backgrounds make a nice contrast, in my opinion.

If I did not very seriously need to sell these, I would pull them off the BRS page and use them, since I already have an idea in my head for a specific project.   If they are unclaimed in a week I just might claim them for my own anyway.  🙂
