Two Yarns, Two Racks!
eta: All the racks have been reskeined and posted to the Blog Reader Specials page; click over to see which have been claimed. Here are the group shots of both sets of yarns dyed over the weekend:
100% Superwash Merino, worsted wt.:
It’s a busy dyeing weekend around here. Yesterday I did up some superwash Merino, worsted wt., and today a friend came over and we dyed up some Phydlbitz Sock. Tomorrow I will have a couple dozen Superwash Merino Finger, and then into the week I will be showing some of the new heavy lace wt — 85/15 19.5micron Merino/mulberry silk.
Any or all of these can be claimed at preview pricing today and tomorrow (Sunday) by sending me an email with the numbered items you would like. As always, these are one-of-a-kind, so it is first-come/first served.
First, the Superwash Merino, worsted wt. These are all singles, done with various techniques for different looks. Any of these would work great on a winter hat, for example. They are shown at $26.00, but I can’t get them onto the Blog Reader Specials page probably until Monday, so you can still claim them at preview pricing of $22.00. 🙂
And here are the Phydlbitz Sock (75/25 SWCorriedale/Nylon) that were dyed this afternoon. A friend came over to help and to play with color. I did most of them, but my friend Charles did some too.
As with the ones shown above, I won’t be able to get these to the Blog Reader Specials page until Monday, so you can claim these also at preview pricing — $22.00 apiece.
